We are not a financial institution, licensed bank, or regulated financial adviser, and do not provide investment or financial planning advice.

Our role is to support your understanding of loan options available in the Singapore market, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any recommendation made. Final decisions are made solely by you.


2. USE OF THE SITE

4. COMMISSIONS AND THIRD-PARTY COMPENSATION

Ace Mortgage may receive commissions or referral fees from financial institutions upon successful closure of a loan facilitated via our platform. This arrangement does not affect the loan terms you receive from the financial institution.


5. DISCLAIMERS

All services and content on our site are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability or uptime of the website;
  • Accuracy or completeness of content;
  • Suitability of services for your specific needs;
  • Security from viruses or malware.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Mortgage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed S$100 or the amount paid by you for our services, whichever is lower.

12. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

These Terms do not confer any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to any person who is not a party to them.


13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
